Using the thermostat
5. Rotate the power control dial to the position " " (OFF) to switch off the heater.
To completely disconnect from power, unplug the heater from the outlet.
Note: It is recommended to run the heater in the Fan (Fan only) mode for
approx. 30 seconds before you completely switch off the heater. This helps to cool
down the heater and prevents it from overheating.
Using the thermostat
• In general, a higher temperature is set by rotating the thermostat control dial
toward the "High" position; and a lower temperature is set by rotating the
thermostat control dial toward the "Low" position.
• Always rotate the thermostat control dial to the maximum "High" position to
heat up a room. When the room has reached the desired temperature, slowly
rotate the thermostat control dial toward the "Low" position until the heater has
switched off. The heater will now switch on and off automatically to maintain the
desired comfort level.
