Recharging of the mouse
Place the Laser Mouse in the recharging tray for recharging. Make
sure that it is inserted correctly in order to enable a smooth
recharging process. Before the first use of the mouse you should
recharge this for several hours (it is overnight). If the charging
condition of the mouse falls under a certain mark, the LED integrated
into the scrollrad will blink. You can continue working for a while still,
you should however recharge the mouse as soon as possible.

Saving energy

In order to maximize the battery lifetime, the mouse has 3 different
energy saving modes:
Standby Mode
is triggered after the mouse has not been moved for approximately 2
seconds
Sleep Mode
after 8 minutes without movement, the optical sensor is switched off;
in the Sleep Mode the mouse pointer can no longer be moved. Press
any mouse button to "wake it up" again.
Troubleshooting
• Please note that USB functions are only supported by Windows®
98SE, 2000 and XP.
• Ensure that the mouse is connected correctly). If necessary,
Restart your computer.
• Also ensure that the USB port you are using is recognised correctly
by the operating system.
