• Place the juice container in front of the dispensing nozzle and the pulp container in
front of the pulp outlet.

• Close the drip cap.
• Select the self-cleaning function by pressing the speed button until the display shows
the moving Self-cleaning symbol.
• Start the appliance by pressing the ON/OFF button.
• Pour a maximum amount of 300 ml of water into the hopper.
• The self-cleaning function will last about 30 seconds after which the appliance will stop
automatically.
WARNING!
Always pull the plug out of the electric power socket
before cleaning or maintenance.
After using the appliance, clean it immediately to prevent the food from clogging the
stainless steel filter when it dries.
• For easier removal of pulp and fibres, close the airtight spout, switch the juicer on and
pour water in the hopper tube. Operate the juicer for about 20 seconds, place the juice
container under the spout and open the airtight spout for the water to drain out.
• Disconnect the plug from the socket.
• Release the hopper from the juicing container by rotating it anti-clockwise [Fig. I].
• remove the juicing container lifting it from the motor casing [Fig. L].
• Tilt the filters and remove the auger and then the mixer [Fig. M].
• Clean the pulp outlet under a jet of water by opening the silicone flap [Fig. N].
• Wash the removable parts: the presser, the nozzle, the auger, the filters, the mixer, the
juice container, the sorbet and sauce accessory and the juice and pulp containers by
hand.
• Clean the filters outside and inside with the brush supplied [Fig. O].
• Never immerse the washable parts in water hotter than 60°C.
• Clean the motor casing with a damp, well-wrung sponge.
• Dry with a dry cloth.

STORING AND CARING FOR THE PRODUCT

WARNING! After having finished using the appliance,
make sure it has completely cooled down before
putting it away.
