inserting the air stapler to the hose, point the perforating head to the ground. Keep your fingers away
from the trigger.
1. Open the air stapler chuck using the lever at the rear.
2. Remove the chuck cover
3. Place the brackets (please refer to the size according to the work and the technical data in the manual).
4. Remove the chuck cover, then lock it using the lever at the rear of the air stapler.
Attention! Never work with the air stapler in case of damage.
WORKING MODE
1. Always place the tile tightly on the workpiece you are going to process.
2. Press the shutter down slowly.
Attention! Wear safety glasses when working with RD-AS04.
SUPPORT
Attention! Always disconnect the air stapler from the compressor hose before disassembling, cleaning,
servicing, and so on.
1. If you do not use a pneumatic preparation group, place 2 to 6 drops of oil in the trellis outlet before
each working day;
2. Pneumatic tools must be periodically inspected for body injuries and cracks.
3. Remove the condition of the trigger springs and the magazine cartridge before and after working with
the RD-AS04. In the event of a fault replace the defective part.
4. Keep the cartridge clean and empty when not using the tool.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR SAFE WORK
Read all of these guidelines thoroughly to enable this product to run. Save these guidelines:
Attention! The pneumatic tailer must only be used by a qualified person over 18 years of age.
Attention! When working with RD-AS04, use safety glasses. When working with the air stapler, it is
possible to move the bracket in an undesirable direction.
Attention! Never install the tool on a bottle of compressed air or other gas!
Attention! Never install the air stapler to an air system with a higher pressure than 120 psi
Attention! Before working with the tool, check that all connections are tight enough. The air path should
be as short as possible, for this purpose use a hose of a certain length and a pneumatic preparation group.
Attention! Keep the tool firm. Before turning on turn the front side towards the floor.
Attention! Before recharging, be sure to disconnect the air stapler from the compressor.
Attention! Disconnect the air stapler from the compressor via the nozzle and the hose when cleaning the
tool.
Attention! Never use the tool when blowing air out of hoses, nozzles or other parts of the air system.
Attention! Check the instrument status periodically before and after work.
Attention! Always use parts and accessories recommended by the manufacturer.
Attention! Keep your workplace clean. Relief of the place of work increases the risk of accidental accidents
Attention! Make sure you use the appropriate size brackets.
1. Combine unused tools in a suitable place
Combine the tools you do not currently use in locked rooms where they can not be reached by children;
