Generally, the battery will be fully charged after

Drilling in Wood
1. Firmly anchor the object to drill in place. Choose the appropriate drill bit and insert in the chuck. Also,
select the correct rotation direction.
2. Place the drill perpendicular to the object to drill. Apply a slight pressure and slightly press the power
trigger. As soon as a small hole is drilled, fully press the power trigger while pushing the drill until the
required drilling depth has been reached.
3. Take your finger off the power trigger. Switch the rotation direction, press the power trigger and pull the
drill bit out of the object.
4. Clean the hole, and remove scraps and dust with a brush.

Drilling in Metal
1. Firmly anchor the object to drill in place. Choose the appropriate drill bit and insert in the chuck. Also,
select the correct rotation direction.
2. Apply a little cutting oil to the drill bit tip. If the hole you wish to drill is quite large, drill a smaller hole first,
then enlarge to the final size.
3. Place the drill perpendicular to the object to drill. Apply a slight pressure and slightly press the power
trigger. As soon as a small hole is drilled, fully press the power trigger while pushing the drill until the
required drilling depth has been reached.
4. Take your finger off the power trigger. Switch the rotation direction, press the power trigger and pull the
drill bit out of the object.

Cleaning and Maintenance
Keep the ventilation openings clear, clean and dust-free at all times.
If the device is running erratically or something unusual occurs during use, immediately switch off the
device and unplug from the mains. Inspect the device before using it again. Repair must only be carried out
by a qualified technician.
If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by a qualified technician.
Wipe with a damp cloth to keep it looking new. Do not use harsh chemicals, cleaning solvents or strong
detergents.
Clean the device and accessories before storing.
Storing
Store the device, its accessories and this user manual in the original packaging.
Always store in a cool and dry place.
