If you experience a problem with this unit, check the chart below before calling for service.
SYMPTOM
No sound.
AM or FM, no sound.
AM/FM, poor sound.
iPod
mode, no sound.

Time reset to "12:00".
Alarm does not

Volume is
set to minimum.

SOLUTION
Increase volume.
Press the Power button,
then the AM/FM button to
select AM/FM.
Increase volume.
Retune the AM or FM
broadcast station.
Extend FM wire
antenna.
Rotate unit until best
reception is obtained.
Check the connection.
Press iPod
/LINE IN button.

Check the batteries.
Set the clock.
Set and activate alarm as
described on page 12.
Set the clock.
