Assembling the appliance
Press the handle (A) into the upper part of
the motor section (C) until it clicks into
place. Insert the lower part of the motor
section (B) into the nozzle (P).
Starting the appliance
With the switch (D) in position "OFF",
check that the motor filter (H) is correctly
positioned and the container (M) is empty.
Completely unwind the power cord (R) and
connect the plug to a compatible power
outlet.
Take hold of the handle (A) and activate the
vacuum by placing the switch (D).
The suction power is adjustable. Turn the
switch (D) in a clockwise or anti-clockwise
direction to obtain the desired power.
Use the foot selector (Q) to extract or re-
tract the bristles of the nozzle (C) as re-
quired.
The joint of the nozzle allows the appli-
ance to be used at different angles and to
reach dust under furniture.
After use, turn off the appliance by dis-
connecting the plug from the power outlet
and empty the dust container (M).
If you pause during vacuuming or when
storing the appliance away, it can be po-
sitioned vertically with the cord wound
around the supports (G).
The upper support can be rotated for eas-
ier unwinding of the cord.
Check the dust container (M).
Remove the dust container (M) from the
motor section (C) by pushing the closure
(L) downwards in the direction of the
arrow.
Extract the filter (H) from the container
and if necessary, clean and wash it. Before
replacing, make sure it is completely dry.
If accurate cleaning of the lamella filter (H)
is necessary, you can detach it from its
support (H2) by turning it in an anti-
clockwise direction.
Having cleaned and dried the filter, re-as-
semble it on the support (H2) by turning it
in a clockwise direction until it locks in
place with a click.
IMPORTANT: to reassemble the dust con-
tainer to the relative motor filter (H), insert
the bottom tooth (N) into its lodging (O)
and lower the container while pressing the
closure (L) until it clicks into place.
If you want to disassemble the appliance
before storing away, remove the handle by
working on the blocking key (B).
Cleaning and maintenance
The good condition of the filters guaran-
tees the excellent functioning and dura-
tion of the appliance; therefore, it is
important to carry out the above opera-
tions.
Clean the appliance body (B) with a soft
cloth; do not use detergents or abrasives.
The bottom of the nozzle and the air
course inside it must be kept clean and
free of residuals.
