• Ensure that any mobile communications devices are at least 30
cm away from the NanoBeat portable speaker
6. Unable to connect to external Bluetooth devices
• Make sure the NanoBeat battery is fully charged
• To pair, ensure the minimum distance between the NanoBeat
and your mobile device (no more than 1 meter)
• Check that the option "Visible to other Bluetooth devices" is acti-
vated in your Bluetooth device menu
• If, after the interruption of the connection caused by exceeding
the working distance of 10 m or disconnecting Bluetooth on the

external mobile device, the automatic connection did not occur,
turn off and turn on the power of the portable NanoBeat speaker.
• 2 external mobile devices are registered with NanoBeat and a
connection is already established with one of them. To do this
break the connection with the first device. This will automatically
connect to your registered device.
