Place
material
in the
QUIKJIG
Pocket Hole
Joinery
System.
Ensure drill
collar plate
is fully
pushed
down by
drill.

Turn bushing
adjustment
handle to
move holes
to the desired
distance from
each other.
Cutting another piece?
You have two choices:
To repeat
procedure for
wood of the
same thickness:
Lift up repeat
lever handle.
Remove previous
material.
Insert next piece.
Push repeat
lever handle
down and
repeat Step 5.

Push rotating
clamp lever
down and
turn clockwise
to tighten.
To repeat
procedure for
wood of a
different
thickness:
Loosen and lift
up rotating
clamp handle.
Remove old
wood. Repeat
Steps 2-5.
