AFTER-SALES SERVICE

WARRANTY PERIOD:

Automatismos Pujol.
guarantees their door drive units, electrical equipment and accessories against manufacturing defects for a
period of 2 years from the date of delivery.
OBLIGATIONS
Automatismos Pujol
undertakes to repair appliances under warranty, after inspection by our technical department. If, for reasons of
urgency, equipment is delivered before the decision that such equipment is under warranty, it shall be
considered as a normal order with costs. Defective equipment replaced under warranty is the property of
Automatismos Pujol
Replacement of defective equipment will be at the installer's expense.

TheWarranty does not apply to equipment supplied by
-The equipment chosen is not suitable for the characteristics of the door.
-The installation and connection instructions were not followed.
-The drive units are connected to electrical equipment or accessories not approved by

- A drive unit has been opened, disassembled and tampered with.
-The drive units have been applied to uses other than that for which they were designed.
-The drive unit or equipment has not been paid for.

DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY IF THE DRIVE UNIT HAS NOT BEEN INSTALLED WITH SUFFICIENT SAFETY MEASURES TO
PREVENT POTENTIAL DAMAGE TO PERSONS OR PROPERTY. IN ADDITION TO OTHER SAFETY FEATURES
INCORPORATED IN THE DRIVE UNIT, INSTALLATION OF EXTERNAL ANCILLARY MEASURES ARE RECOMMENDED
SUCH AS: PHOTOCELLS, SAFETY MARGINS ANDTHE LIKE, PURSUANTTO APPLICABLE REGULATIONS.
