8. Using the 5-point belt
The 5-point harness system of the foldable trailer serves to secure and protect
the occupants. The harness system can accommodate up to 2 children.
• Separate the shoulder buckle from the D-ring of the crotch belt.
• Put the child in the seat. If only one child is travelling, place the child in the
middle of the seat.
• Pass a belt over each shoulder and connect it to the D-ring of the crotch
belt.
• Pull the straps tight and secure.
• Fasten the lap belt and tighten it.
Never ride without fastening the small occupants with the 5-point belt.
Unbuckled occupants can affect the handling of the bicycle. In the event of an
accident, the occupants are more likely to be injured.
