Insert the blades Fig. B-C
Join the blades using the rivet. Handle the blades very carefully.
By placing the fingers on the blade holder and protection, gently insert the blades in the blade insertion hole and
push until the click to lock them.
Caution: the blades are very sharp, take extreme care when handling them.
Operation
Connect the power cord to the electrical outlet.
Press the safety switch and the on / off button to operate the electric knife.
Place the blades on the food to be cut by pressing. Start to cut firmly from the crust.
The blades remain parallel to the cutting surface.
At the end, release the safety switch and the on / off button.

Unplug the power cord from the electrical outlet.
Press the blade ejection button and pull the blades to remove them.
Be very careful, the blades are very sharp.
Cleaning the electric knife
Before cleaning the electric knife, unplug the appliance from the electrical socket.
Clean the body of the electric knife with a damp cloth and dry it thoroughly.
Do not immerse the body in water and do not keep it under running water.
Grasp the two blades from the non-sharpened end, separate them by pulling out the rivet. Wash them with hot
water and dishwashing detergent, being very careful.
Then hang up the blades and place the blades in the protective bag.
