If you are using a sensor with the same parameters as the last
measurement, you do not need to use the PC software for con-
figuration.
1 Start the configuration program after you connect the frequency adapt-
er (see Section 4.3). The window PC Configuration Program opens.
2 Press Connect — current settings of the frequency adapter are read.
Wait until the current settings are displayed. The status bar will confirm
that the frequency adapter was recognized by the software.
3 If you want to retain the settings, press Save. Then press Exit to close
the program.
4 If you want to change the settings, select the first physical quantity to
be measured (frequency, speed or flow rate) by the sensor and follow
the steps in:
- Section 4.4.1 for the measurement of speed and frequency.
- Section 4.4.2 for flow measurement.
