Return of Defective Units
Products that need repair must arrive at Zoom with a Return
Authorization Number on the outside of the package. We cannot accept
packages without this number. YOU NEED TO CALL FOR THIS
NUMBER BEFORE YOU RETURN ANY PRODUCT.
To Return Your Unit for Repair Under Warranty
In the United States, call (561) 241-7712 to request a Return Authorization
Number, which you must write on the outside of the package. Packages
without and RA Number will not be accepted and will be returned. It is
the customer's responsibility to pay all shipping charges to Zoom. Zoom
will return ship within the contiguous 48 states at no charge via Priority
US Mail, RPS, UPS or other ground carrier . A small shipping and

handling charge will apply to products older than one year. Proof of
purchase date is required.
