• This product and its accessories must not be modified in
any way.
• Do not use this product if it has been damaged.
• If the product data or hazard warning signs on the prod-
uct cease to be legible or become detached, replace with-
out delay.
• The product must only be installed, operated and ser-
viced by qualified personnel in an industrial environ-
ment.
Product Specific Instructions
Installation
See figure 02.
Maximum installation height above floor level is 4 m.
• Choose a way of mounting to avoid excessive bending of
the hose against the outlet.
• Select a level surface on which to mount the reel.
• Ensure that suitable fixing bolts are used and that they
are secured. The bolts must reach a torque force of mini-
mum 900 N. When choosing mounting place, it should
be notified that the lifetime of the hose reel can be re-
duced by the influence of chemicals and strong UV or
heat radiation.
Connection
• The reel must be connected to the pipework system with
inlet hose only, minimum 1,0 m.
• Secure the hose on the support of the reel with cable ties
(not supplied).
• Check that the hose is not twisted or strained after con-
nection. A stop valve should be fitted on the pipe system
before the hose connection.
Disposal
• The disposal of this equipment must follow the legisla-
tion of the respective country.
• All damaged, badly worn or improperly functioning de-
vices MUST BE TAKEN OUT OF OPERATION.
Maintenance
WARNING Risk of personal injury! Before starting any op-
eration in the reel:
• Turn off the supply of air.
• Release the pressure.
• Follow local country environmental regulations for
safe handling and disposal of all components.
• Maintenance and repair work must be carried out by
qualified personnel using only original spare parts. Con-
tact the manufacturer or your nearest authorised dealer
for advice on technical service or if you require spare
parts.
• Inspection regarding hose, ratchet mechanism and
mounting on wall or ceiling should be accomplished at
least once a year .
