Instructions: Deluxe Teardrop Trailer Cover
WARNING!
Installation is best done with two
people. Never install on a windy day
or when the roof is slippery. Please
take care when you are on a ladder.
Installation
1. Cover or tape any sharp edges on your
trailer that could wear against your cover.
2. Unroll the cover next to your trailer and find
the front of the cover. A yellow "FRONT" label is
sewn into the front inside seam. The Classic logo
on your cover should be to the front and facing
the outside. Unzip the two rear corner zippers.
3. Using a ladder, pull your cover up over one
side of your trailer and about halfway onto
the roof. Have a friend hold the front corner in
place while you position the cover over the rear
corner. Walk around your trailer with the ladder
to the opposite uncovered side. Carefully pull
the cover down from the roof over the side.
Secure the bottom corners as before. Zip the
two rear zippers.
4. To secure the tension straps, take the
provided strap and clip to the attached buckle
strap on the cover. Included with your cover is
a toss bag to help you attach the straps under
your trailer. Clip the toss bag to the buckle at
the end of the strap (Fig. 1). Put a small rock
in the toss bag and close the top. Now toss

the bag under your trailer to the buckle on the
opposite side (Fig. 2). Unclip the strap from
the bag and buckle the bag to the next strap.
Repeat with the remaining straps.
5. Adjust the strap length on the tension panels
across the back to fit your trailer. Don't over
tighten—the straps should be snug, not drum tight.

ground bring the ends of the zipper pulls up and
tuck them into the rip-and-grip closure located
at the base of the zipper along the hem (Fig. 3).
Use and Storage
A handy storage bag is provided. To fit your
cover in the bag fold and roll it tightly rather
than stuffing it. Never store a wet cover in the
storage bag or confined area as the cover can
be damaged by mildew.
