E - SECURITY WARNINGS

1 - ELECTRICAL SUPPLY

- Do not cut or extend the cable.
- Do not bend the cable to avoid damaging it.
- Do not pull on the cable.
- Do not use the device if the cable, wall socket or mains adaptor
show obvious signs of wear.
- Do not daisy-chain extension cords and/or multi-socket adaptors.
- Do not place the mains adaptor near radiators.
- Only use the mains adaptor provided with the device.
- Disconnect from the mains before carrying out any maintenance.
- Do not touch the adaptor with wet hands.
- Do not allow children to play with the product.
Failure to comply with these instructions may lead to damage or
injury.

2 - CHOICE OF LOCATION

- Do not use the device in areas susceptible to gas leaks.
- Do not use the device in areas subject to industrial fumes or
sources of metal dust.
- Do not expose the device to direct sunlight or excessive heat or
humidity.
- Do not place the device on uneven or sloped surfaces.
- Keep the device at least 20cm away from other objects.
- Regularly check the air inlets and outlets.

3 - USE
- Only use the product if the adaptor is correctly connected and
plugged in.
- Do not block or cover the air inlet or outlet.
- Do not use near heating or cooking appliances, or near any fl ame
risks.
- Only use the device when it is vertical, with the air inlet facing
upwards and unobstructed.
- Do not use the device if a fi lter is not fi tted.
- Do not use abrasive or corrosive products to clean the surface of
the device.
4 - FILTER
- Avoid direct contact with the fi lter when it is in use.
- If the fi lter is clogged, open the side cover and use a vacuum
cleaner to remove the dust.
- We do not recommend cleaning the fi lter with water as it reduces
its effi cacy.
- If the product is not used for a signifi cant period of time, it may
unnecessarily capture harmful substances. Store the fi lter in a
sealed, airtight bag if it will not be used for a long period of time.
