Aufbauanweisung:
Die Platine wird gemäß der Stückliste bestückt. Bitte achten Sie darauf, dass
der Transistor, der Elko, die Diode und die Leuchtdiode richtig herum in die
Platine gesteckt werden (siehe Zeichnung). Der IC hat auf der einen Seite
eine kleine Kerbe, die mit dem entsprechenden Punkt auf der Platine überein-
stimmen muss. Es ist erforderlich, ein kleines Kühlblech (ca. 20 x 30 mm oder
größer) an den Transistor zur Kühlung zu schrauben (Das Kühlblech ist nicht
im Bausatz enthalten).
Zum Betrieb eignet sich eine 6 V Batterie. Bitte nehmen Sie nur starke Batte-
rien (z.B. 4 x Monozelle in Serie geschaltet). Wenn Sie den Bausatz mit einer
höheren Spannung als 6 V betreiben, ist der Sound sehr schlecht und der Tran-
sistor bzw. der IC kann zerstört werden.
Bitte schließen Sie einen normalen 8 Ohm - Radiolautsprecher an und bauen
diesen in ein Brett oder eine Box mit einer Schallöffnung ein. Ein offen auf dem
Tisch betriebenes Lautsprecherchassis hat einen viel schlechteren Klang, als
wenn Sie den Lautsprecher einbauen.
Mit dem Trimmpotentiometer wird die Geschwindigkeit der Geräusche einge-
stellt. Mit dem Schiebeschalter können Sie wählen, ob das gewählte Geräusch
nur kurze Zeit ertönen soll oder ob das Geräusch so lange ertönt, wie Sie den
entsprechenden Tastschalter drücken.
Wenn Sie eine Modelleisenbahn haben und die Geräusche automatisch ertönen
sollen, dann können Sie neben den Schienen kleine Schalter einbauen (z.B.
Reedkontakte), die von der vorbeifahrenden Lokomotive ausgelöst werden und
dann die Geräusche ertönen lassen. Sie können diese Schalter parallel zu den
Tastern auf der Platine schalten.

Assembly instructions:
Equip the circuit board according to the parts list. Please take care that the
transistor, elcas, diode and light emitting diode are inserted in the right direction
into the circuit board (see drawing). It is necessary to screw a small cooling
plate (approx. 20 x 30 mm or larger) on the transistor in order to cool same (this
kit does not contain the cooling plate).
For operation, you may use a 6 V batterie. Please do only use powerful batteries
(e.g. 4 mono-cells connected in series). If this kit is operated with a voltage of
more than 6 V, the sound is bad and the transistor resp. IC might be destroyed.
A normal 8 Ohm-radio loudspeaker should be connected and fitted into a board
or box with sound opening. The sound of a loudspeaker which is operated in
an open condition on the tables is inferior to the sound of a loudspeaker which
has been installed.
The speed of noises may be adjusted with the trimmer poti. With the slide
switch you can choose whether the selected noise will be heard for a short time
or whether the sound will play as long as you press the corresponding push
button.
If you are in possession of a toy train and the noises should resound automati-
cally, you may install small switches beside the rails (e.g. reed-contacts) which
are released by the locomotive passing by and then let the noises resound. You
may conect these switches parallel to the push buttons on the circuit board.

Instrucciones de montaje:
La placa de circuito se equipa según la lista de componentes. Por favor, ob-
serve Vd. que el transistor, el condensador de electrolito, los diodos y el diodo
luminoso se introducen en dirección correcta en la placa de circuito (mirar el
dibujo). Es necesario de atornillar una pequeña chapa refrigerante (aprox. 20
x 30 mm o más grande) al transistor para refrigerar (la chapa refrigerante no
está incluida en este kit).
Una batería de 6 V son adecuados para el funcionamiento. Por favor, solamente
utilize Vd. baterías fuertes (p.ej. 4 pilas monocelulares conectadas en serie).
Cuando este kit se acciona con una tensión más alta que 6 V, el sonido será
mal y el transistor o el Cl podrá ser destruido.
Por favor, conecte Vd. un altavoz de radio normal de 8 ohmio y instalelo en
una tabla o una caja con abertura acústica. Un chasis de altavoz que se pone
libremente sobre la mesa produce un sonido inferior al sonido de un altavoz
instalado.
La velocidad de ruidos se regula con el potenciómetro variable. Con el con-
mutador deslizante se puede seleccionar si el ruido deseado solamente debería
resonar durante un corto momento o si el ruido resuena tanto tiempo que la
tecla correspondiente se pulsa.
Si Vd. tiene un ferrocarril miniatura y el ruido debe resonar automáticamente,
pequeños interruptores se pueden instalar al lado de los carriles (p.ej. contactos
de lámina) que se desembragan por la locomotora que pasa y pues hacen re-
sonar los ruidos. Estos interruptores se pueden conectar en paralelo a las teclas
sobre la placa de circuito.

Les éléments seront montés suivant nomenclature sur la platine. Il faut monter
le transistor, les elcos, la diode et la led dans le bon sens sur la platine (voir
schéma). Il faut aussi visser un petit dissipateur (env. 20 x 30 mm ou plus
grand) au transistor pour le refroidir (le dissipateur n'est pas fourni dans le kit).
Pour le fonctionnement on utilisera une batterie 6 V. Prendre des batteries for-
tes (par ex. 4 x cellules mono montées en série). Si l'alimentation du kit est
supérieure à 6 V, le son obtenu est très mauvais et le transistor ou le CI peuvent
être détruits.
Raccorder un haut-parleur radio normal de 8 ohms et monter le dans un box ou
une planche avec une ouverture pour le son. Si l'on laisse le châssis hautparleur
ouvert tel quel sur la table, le son sera beaucoup plus mauvais que si le haut-
parleur est encastré.
Avec le potentiomètre-trimmer on peut régler la vitesse des bruits. With the

Si vous avez une locomotive de modélisme et que les bruits doivent retentir
automatiquement, vous pouvez monter de petits contacteurs (par ex. contacts
reed) à côté des rails, la locomotive en passant déclencher ces contacteurs et
les bruits retentiront. On peut monter ces contacteurs en parallèle aux touches
sur la platine.

Montage voorschriften:
De onderdelen worden overeenkomstig de stuklijst op de printplaat aange-
bracht. Er moet op gelet worden, dat de transistor, de elcos, de diode en de LED
in de juiste stand in de printplaat worden gestoken. Het is noodzakelijk om een kleine
metalen koelplaat (ong. 20 x 30 mm of groter) aan de transistor voor het koelen te
schroeven (de koelplaat is geen bestanddeel van de bouwpakket).
Voor het bedrijven is een 6 V batterij geschikt. Neemt U alleen krachtige batterijen (bijv.
4 monocellen in serie geschakeld). Wanneer U de set met een hogere spanning als 6 V
bedrijft, is de toon zeer slecht en kan de transistor resp. het IC vernield worden.
Er moet een normale luidspreker 8 Ohm aangesloten worden en deze moet aan een
plankje of in een box met geluidsopening gemonteerd worden. Een open op tafel lig-
gende luidspreker heeft een veel slechtere klank al wanneer de luidspreker ingebouwd
wordt.
Met de trimpotentiometer wordt de snelheid van de geluiden ingesteld. With the slide

Wanneer U een modelspoortrein heeft en de geluiden automatisch moeten weerklinken,
dan kunt U naast de rails kleine schakelaars inbouwen (bijv. reedcontacten), die door
de passerende trein in werking worden gesteld en dan de geluiden laten weerklinken. U
kunt deze schakelaars parallel schakelen met de knoppen op de printplaat.

Instruções de montagem:
Monte a placa de circuito de acordo com a lista de componentes. Certifique-se de que o
transístor, o condensador electrolítico, os díodos e o led emissor de luz são inserido na
posição correcta (ver figura). É necessário aparafusar um pequeño dissipador ao transís-
tor (aproximadamente 20 x 30 mm ou maior). O dissipador não está incluído no kit.
Para alimentação pode usar uma bateria de 6 V. Use sempre baterias potentes (por
exemplo pilhas ligadas em série). Se o kit for alimentado com tensões superiores a 6 V
o som perde qualidade e o transístor e o integrado pode ser destruído. Pode ser ligado
um altifalante normal de 8 ohm e montado numa caixa com uma abertura para sair o
som. O som de um altifalante que funciona em aberto é muito inferior ao produzido por
um altifalante que se encontra instalado.

Se está na posse de um comboio brinquedo e os sons devem de responder automati-
camente, pode instalar um pequeño comutador ao lado do carril que são libertados por
uma locomotiva de passagem. Pode ligar estes comutadores em paralelo com os botões
de pressão no circuito.

Instrukcja montażu:
Elementy na płytce należy wlutować według listy. Proszę zwrócić uwagę na to, czy
tranzystor, kondensator elektrolityczny, dioda i LED są prawidłowo na płytce wlutowane
(patrz rysunek). IC ma z jednej strony małe wycięcie, które musi pasować do odpowied-
niego punktu na płytce. Wymagane jest także przykręcenie małej płytki chłodzącej (20
x 30 mm lub większej) dla chłodzenia tranzystora (płytka nie jest w zestawie).
Do zasilania nadaje się bateria 6 V. Proszę użyć większych baterii (np. 4 x R20). Przy za-
silaniu napięciem wyższym niż 6 V, dźwięk jest bardzo zły a tranzystor lub układ scalony
mogą ulec uszkodzeniu.
Proszę przyłączyć standartowy głośnik radiowy o impedancji 8 Ω przymocowany do
płyty z otworem lub obudowy. Dźwięk głośnika leżącego na stole bez obudowy jest dużo
gorszy.
Przy pomocy trymera można regulować prędkość dźwięku. Przełącznikiem można
wybrać, czy wybrany dźwięk będzie słyszany przez krótki czas, lub czy dźwięk będzie
trwać tak długo jak naciśnięcie odpowiedniego przycisku.
Jeśli posiadają Państwo model kolejki i dźwięki miałyby zabrzmiewać automatycznie,
można zainstalować przy szynach mały kontakt (np. kontaktron), które będzie zwierany
przez jadący obok pociąg i uruchamiał wytwarzanie efektów dźwiękowych. Kontakt ten
można podłączyć równolegle do przycisków na płytce.
