Use
WARNING: The wheel trolley is for lifting wheels only
– not for lifting vehicles!
Wheel size: Adjust distance between lifting arms by
turning the handle.
Lifting: Centre the wheel removal trolley around the
wheel and as far in on the rollers as possible. Then
operate the handle clockwise.
Lowering: Turn the handle counter clockwise.
Transport: Before transportation, lower the wheel, and
secure with the wheel support. Adjust wheel support
with handles (27) and (56).
Maintenance
Maintenance and repair must always be carried out by
qualified personnel.
Cleaning: We advice not to use high pressure cleaner,
steam jets or degreasing agents in order to avoid
degreasing and penetrating water. If not mechanical
parts must be lubricated afterwards.
Daily: Check the wheel removal trolley for damages.
Monthly: lubricate axles and rollers with grease or high-
quality oil.

Safety inspection

According to national legislation – minimum once
a year though – the wheel removal trolley must be
inspected by an expert: frame, rollers and wheel
support for fatique and wear; greasing and oiling in
general. Also inspect greasing and tension of chain.
Finally that all safety labels are legible.
Trouble shooting
The trolley cannot lift or lower: inspect the chain by
removing cover (30). Chain tension is adjusted by the
chain tensioner (16).
Spare parts
Replace worn or broken parts with genuine jack
manufacturer supplied parts only. All major parts may
not be provided after discontinuation of the model.
Scrapping
We recommend recycling when the trolley is to be
scrapped.
