INSTALLATION AND CONFIGURATION

1. Unpack the Control Gateway and plug it into the source of power using the power adapter.
2. Connect your smartphone to Wi-Fi (2.4GHz) and log in to your Perenio Smart app Account (or download
the mobile application from Google Play or Apple Store and register a new User Account). Then, click on the
"+" icon in the "Devices" tab and follow connection tips specified on the screen.
3. Unpack sensors and power them on by removing the battery insulating strip (The LED will blink). Then,
click on the "+" icon and follow connection tips specified on the screen.
4. Click on the Control Gateway or a sensor image in the "Devices" tab to manage its functionality.
SAFETY OPERATION RULES
The Control Gateway MUST NOT be switched off or disconnected from the mains for at least 5 minutes after the
RESET Button is pressed, as well as for at least 10 minutes after the firmware update process is started. Devices
shall not be installed outdoors or exposed to moisture, dust, marine air, etc. Storage and transportation
conditions, as well as working temperature ranges shall be observed. It is not allowed to drop, throw or
disassemble devices, as well as attempt to repair them on one's own.
TROUBLESHOOTING
1. Initial connection of the CG to Wi-Fi failed: Restore factory settings by pressing the reset button for
10 seconds when the CG is powered on.
2. Short beeps after the Smoke Sensor is powered on, or absent or faint alarm: Low battery level of the sensor.
3. The Leak Sensor is "offline" unexpectedly: Low battery level of the sensor, or it is out of the ZigBee coverage.
4. The Door & Window Sensor does not activate: The battery is improperly inserted or low battery level of the sensor.
5. The Motion Sensor triggers unexpectedly: Low battery level or heat emission in the sensor field of vision.
