Remove the plunger tube
Press the nipple on the tube connec-
tion 14 into the device using thumb
and index finger and pull out the pres-
sure tube 13.
Carefully lift up the quick change lock
4 and remove the plunger tube 3.
Insert plunger tube
Insert the pressure tube 13 firmly into the tube
connection 14 as far as it will go, and until it can
no longer be pulled out again.
Insert the plunger tube 3 into the device and block
with the quick change lock4.

Maintenance and Cleaning
Before any work on the machine itself
(e. g. maintenance, tool change, etc.)
as well as during transport and stor-
age, remove the battery from the
power tool.
There is danger of injury when unin-
tentionally
switch.
Always keep the machine and ventilation
slots clean.
Wipe off the accessible plastic parts regularly
with a cloth without cleaning agent.
Clean the device immediately after use. Do
not use benzene or any solvent.
Do not open the charger!
Cleaning the plunger tube
To clean the cartridge or plastic-tube-refill plunger
tube, remove the pressure tube and unscrew the
rear screw cap 17.
Take out the sealing disc 16 and carefully pull out
the sealing insert 15.
Clean the seals and inner tube with the cleaning
agent recommended by the sealant manufacturer.
-NOTE-
Do not use any pointed objects for cleaning.
This can cause scratches which make the system
leaky.

Assemble in the reverse sequence.
In so doing, do not forget the sealing disc 16 and
make sure that it is positioned in the centre of the
recess.
Screw the tube together again in a vertical position
with the pressure regulating valve 5 directed up-
wards, thereby ensuring that the sealing disc does
not slip out of place.
Service
After heavy use over a long period,
the machine should be taken to a
Kress service location for inspection
and thorough cleaning.
