6.2

Cleaning and maintenance

DANGER - Risk of crushing by pressurized
components
Risk of crushing by sudden movements of
pressurized components.
Prior to each cleaning or maintenance, the
TSL 230 must be disconnected from the
compressed air supply.

In order to guarantee the performance and proper
operation it is essentail to clean and maintain the
TSL 230 it on a regular basis TSL 230.

Service work must be performed by the operator
on the basis of the manufacturer's specifications as
outlined below.
6.2.1

Cleaning intervals

The illustration shows the areas where cleaning is
required to ensure maximum performance of the
TSL 230.

Maintenance
Check condition of plastic covers.
Check machine compressed air supply (min.
8 bar / max. 10 bar)
Make sure that the rolls of the permanent
mobile stage are clean.
Treat clean moving mechanical parts with
spray oil or kerosene and lubricate with en-
gine oil or a suitable grease.
Make sure there are safety split pins on the
nuts.
