NOTE
Regularly check that the bicycle holder is
securely positioned on the load carriers and
that the bicycle's attachments are properly
tightened.
Always keep the locking handles locked
during transportation to prevent the bicycle
shaking loose.
Note that wind noise can occur when the
bicycle holder is installed.
Be aware of the change in the car's height
and its driving characteristics with the bicycle
holder.
Check that the bicycle holder is properly
locked and the key removed before travelling.
NOTE
Adjust the speed to the load transported and
of course to appropriate speed limits,
maximum 130 km/h.
Remove the bicycle holder and roof load
carriers when not in use. This reduces air
resistance which improves fuel consumption
and reduces wind noise.
Position the load carriers so that there is no
risk of the tailgate catching the bicycle holder
when it is opened.
