5. Equipment description

Bag sealing machine S-400-B is been designed for use in dental clinics. The
equipment will need to be stored in a bacterial box or packaged with the steri-
lization roll. The sealing machine is a very necessary and useful equipment to
pack instrumental. It has a precise temperature control, which makes it a high
performance equipment.

6. Installation

- Plug in the power cord and turn the power switch on.
- The green light will blink after turning the power switch on. Preheating will
take about 3 minutes.
- When the green light stops blinking and stays on, the sealing machine is
ready to seal.
- Insert the sterilization paper roll, be sure to insert it correctly (see image).
- Press the handle forwards or backwards for 3 seconds, the machine will
produce a sound to indicate that the machine is on, the yellow light will
remain on, which means that it works correctly. If you do not let the handle
go for 6 seconds, the buzzer will sound steadily.

7. Maintenance

- To clean the machine, first turn off the machine and wipe with a soft cloth.
- To replace the blade:
1. Unscrew the handle fixing screw with Allen wrench D3 (# 1)
2. Unscrew the other 6 screws with the cross-head screwdriver (# 2, # 3
and the rest)
3. Remove the side plastic (part # 4)
4. Remove the blade assembly (# 5)
5. Unscrew screw # 6 with a small cross-head screwdriver.
6. Remove the blade plate (# 7)
7. Replace the blade (# 8)
8. Reassemble all parts.
Note: Make sure that the machine is cool when replacing the blade. Be careful
with the blade, it is very sharp.
