4. CHARGING THE BATTERY

1. Connect the power cord to an electrical outlet.
2. Keep the equipment connected by 8 hours to charge the battery to 90%.
3. After this time may begin to operate the equipment.
Do not connect any equipment into the UPS during the charging time.

5. SCREEN MESSAGES

Normal: Indicates that the device is connected
and operating properly.
Battery: After a power failure, lights when the
backup battery is active.
Unusual: Indicates that the computer has
detected an overload, short circuit or the charge
of the backup battery is almost over.
