Piab recommends filtered, oil-free compressed air for its multi-stage ejectors.

Compressed air supply
Piab LVH40 is designed for a compressed air supply pressure of 0.4-0.6 MPa (58-87 psi). To ensure that the supply pressure to
the pump will be correct, it is important for the compressed air lines to be correctly sized. Use at least the sizes specified in the
table below.

Insufficient feed pressure
Piab LVH40 will not be damaged in case of insufficient feed pressure. What happens is that the flow decreases, and the maximum
vacuum level decreases according to the table below.
