Before you connect the extension cable's plug into the contact, make sure the parameters of the network are identical as those specifi ed
in the nominal value plaque of the extension cable.
In case a defect of the extension cable is detected, you should immediately disconnect the cable from the power grid contact. It is prohib-
ited to use the extension cable if the cable is damaged. A damaged cable must not be repaired; it must be replaced with a new one whose
parameters will be the same as those specifi ed in the nominal value plaque of the extension cable. The cable may be repaired solely by
an authorised expert with appropriate certifi cates.
The maximum load means the sum of all the loads connected to the contacts of the extension cable. It is prohibited to exceed the maximum
load of the extension cable.
Do not move the extension cable pulling the cable itself, hold the extension cord by the housing when carrying it
The casing of the extension cord can be attached to the wall either directly or by a plate that will allow quick dismantling of the extension cord.
The extension cable is equipped with a thermal safety cut-out device. In case the safety device is activated, disconnect the load from the
contacts of the extension cable, wait until the extension cable has cooled down and push the button of the safety device. The button of
the safety device is located near the middle of casing. In order to cool the extension cable more effi ciently, it is recommended to unroll
completely the cable.
The cable is rolled up after slightly pulling it away from the housing and then releasing it. The extension cord is
equipped with a cable rewind lock. Moving the lock knob to indicate the closed padlock symbol activates the lock.
Moving the lock knob to indicate the open padlock symbol deactivates the lock.
This symbol indicates that waste electrical and electronic equipment (including batteries and storage cells) cannot be disposed of with other types of waste. Waste
equipment should be collected and handed over separately to a collection point for recycling and recovery, in order to reduce the amount of waste and the use
of natural resources. Uncontrolled release of hazardous components contained in electrical and electronic equipment may pose a risk to human health and have
adverse eff ects for the environment. The household plays an important role in contributing to reuse and recovery, including recycling of waste equipment. For more
information about the appropriate recycling methods, contact your local authority or retailer.
