The product is designed with a stainless steel cylinder that is removable for
easy filling and cleaning. The cylinder switches to the vertical for filling and
can be removed to be cleaned in a dishwasher. The epoxy painted base has
two plastic coated clamps providing stability and protecting the working
surface. {The "click" locking system for the cylinder enables you to check the
automatic locking and the unlocking of the machine.} The silicone coated
thrust disc provides sealing against water and oil and thus prevents leakage
behind the disc during use. The product satisfies environmental protection
requirements and is an ideal choice for restaurants, canteens and caterers.
Installation
1. Remove the machine from the box and fix it on a flat table or working
surface with the two clamps.
2. Install the crank handle properly on the drive mechanism, inserting a
washer and placing the adjusting screw to fix it.
3. Rewind the gear spindle towards the back and pull the red spring control so
that the cylinder is raised.
4. Remove the cylinder completely from the mounting so that the silicone
coated disc can easily be removed from the spindle.
5. Wash the tube and the other parts with hot soapy water and dry them
thoroughly.
6. Gently screw the silicone coated disc onto the spindle.
7. Reposition the cylinder on the mounting and push it down until it locks.
8. Choose the stuffing funnel according to the size of the sausage skin.
9. Unscrew the funnel bracket on the front of the cylinder. Fit the funnel by
inserting it through the bracket and screw it back onto the cylinder.
Stuffing
1. Lift the cylinder upwards and fill it with the sausage meat.
2. Return the cylinder to the horizontal position and press it until the lock
clicks.

3. Work the skin up the funnel completely by gently pushing it with your fingers
(the skin should have been soaked in cold water for 48 hours; then put one
end on the water tap and fill it with water to ensure it is not perforated and to
enlarge it sufficiently).
4. Turn the crank handle anticlockwise to start making sausages.
5. When the cylinder is empty, rewind the crank handle clockwise and repeat
the process from step 1.
Cleaning and maintenance
1. Always wash and dry the machine completely after use.
2. Keep it in good condition for the next use.
3. After a long period of non-use it may be advisable to lubricate the
mechanism before using the machine.
