CONTROL DESCRIPTIONS

The appliance is equipped with the listed
control devices, required to run its main func-
tions.
A) Switch: used to start and stop skewer ro-
tation.
B) Piezoelectric switch: used to ignite the
pilot flame.
Pilot flame ignition is only enabled if the
knob (C) is in position (C2).
C) Burner control knob: used to turn on, off
and regulate the burner and to ignite the
pilot flame.
– Position (C1): gas supply off
– Position (C2): burner flame set to max-

imum power.
– Position (C3): burner flame set to minimum power.

COMBUSTED GAS EXHAUST CONNECTION

Smoke exhaust type A1.
– Appliance types A1 do not require direct
connection to combustion product flue.
However, combustion products must be
conveyed to specific hoods (E) or similar
devices, connected to an efficient chim-
ney or directly outdoors.
In lack of these devices, the use of an air
suction device directly connected to the
outdoors is admitted. Capacity must not
be under that required and must be in-
creased by the air exchange needed for
operator health as per current regula-
tions. Indicatively, this is a total of 35 m³/
h per each kW of installed gas power.
Caution - Precaution
The exhaust system fan electrical control system must be integrated with the gas
supply system so that the fan turns on as soon as gas supply is opened.
