This accessory must be fitted with the clamp plate and screw on the outside of the
backrest frame.
To reduce the risk of entrapment between the pole and safety sides, fit this accessory as
close as possible to the middle of the backrest frame.
Do not position this accessory where it could strike other equipment, such as IV poles,
when the bed is placed in Trendelenburg position (head down tilt).
Do not push or pull this accessory when moving the bed.
Removal
Remove all transducers and associated equipment from the pole. Undo the clamp screw and
remove the accessory from the bed.
Cleaning
For decontamination instructions, refer to the bed instructions for use.
