Betriebsanleitung GRAVOstick
Der GRAVOstick arbeitet mit ca. 12 Volt Gleichstrom und wird an einen Transformator angeschlossen. Beim Anschluss an die Strom-
quelle achten Sie bitte immer darauf, dass der Stecker richtig herum angeschlossen wird (+ an den „+" Pol und – an den „–" Pol),
damit der Rechtslauf gewährleistet ist.
Der GRAVOstick wird bestückt mit Einsatzwerkzeugen - Schaft 2,35 mm -, die durch einfaches Einstecken in das Aufnahmeloch fixiert
werden. Sollte das Wechseln der Werkzeuge anfänglich durch zu festen Sitz nicht von Hand möglich sein, nehmen Sie bitte eine
Kombi- oder Flachzange zur Hilfe und ziehen das Werkzeug aus dem Futter heraus. Nach mehrmaligem Wechsel wird dies auch von
Hand möglich sein.
Der robuste Spezial-Kollektor-Motor ermöglicht ein längeres Arbeiten ohne Pause. Sollte der Motor jedoch bei starker Überlastung
heiß werden, sollten Sie eine kurze Arbeitspause einlegen.

Ist das Gerät einige Zeit in Gebrauch, geben Sie bitte eine Spur Nähmaschinenöl an die Werkzeug-Lagerung in der Spitze des Gerä-
tes. Damit ist für längere Zeit eine ausreichende Schmierung der drehenden Arbeitsaufsätze gesorgt.

Operating instructions
The GRAVOstick is to be connected to the adapter, making sure the + pole of the plug is connected to the + tap of the adapter, in order
to have the parts rotating in the right direction.
The tips used with the GRAVOstick have a shank 2.35 mm thick: Just push the tip right down the shaft. At the beginning it might be
difficult to take out the tip with bare hand but flat nose pliers will do the job. After a while of use it will be easier to put in and take out
the tips.
The strong special engine of the GRAVOstick allows continuous use for quite a long time. If it is too long, the engine might get warm:
just make a short break, put it out and let it cool.
After some time of use it will be necessary to put one drop of oil for sewing machine into the shaft. So the rotating parts of the tool will
be lubricated for a while. If and when the tool is squeaking, it is asking for lubrication.

Fonctionnement du GRAVOstick
Le GRAVOstick est alimenté au courant continu jusqu'à 12 V env. en sortie d'un transformateur. En branchant l'appareil faire
correspondre le pôle + de la fiche au pôle + de la prise sur le transformateur afin de garantir la rotation dans le bon sens.
Tout embout avec tige de 2,35 mm peut être utilisé avec le GRAVOstick: pour l'y monter il suffit de bien l'enfoncer dans le mandrin.
Les premières fois il se pourrait que l'extraction en soit difficile, mais une pince plate fait très bien l'affaire. Par la suite la résistance
à l'introduction et à l'extraction diminuera.
Grâce à son moteur spécial très robuste l'appareil peut fonctionner longtemps sans arrêt. Toutefois s'il devait commencer à chauffer
une petite pause s'impose.
Au bout de quelque temps il sera nécessaire mettre une goutte d'huile pour machine à coudre dans l'orifice porte-outil, ainsi le partes
tournantes de l'appareil seront nouvellement lubrifiées. Un éventuel grincement de l'appareil en fonction signifie une demande de

lubrification.

Funzionamento del GRAVOstick
Il GRAVOstick funziona a corrente continua di 12 V circa tramite un trasformatore. Nel collegare l'apparecchio al trasformatore
assicurarsi che i poli + e – della spina corrispondano a quelli del trasformatore per garantire la rotazione nel senso giusto.
Col GRAVOstick si utilizzano punte con perno da 2,35 mm: basta inserire il perno a fondo nel mandrino. All'inizio potrebbe essere
difficile estrarre la punta con le dita, una pinza piatta è l'attrezzo ideale per farlo. Col tempo l'inserimento e l'estrazione saranno
più facili.
Grazie al robusto motore speciale l'apparecchio può funzionare a lungo senza interruzione. Tuttavia, se dovesse scaldare per un uso
troppo prolungato, si consiglia di fare una breve pausa spegnendo l'apparecchio.
Dopo un certo tempo di funzionamento sarà necessario mettere una goccia di olio per macchina da cucire nel porta-punte. Così le
parti rotanti saranno lubrificate per qualche tempo. Un eventuale cigolio è indice di mancanza di lubrificazione.

Funcionamiento del GRAVOstick
El GRAVOstick funciona a 12 V CC por medio de un transformador: cuando se conecta el aparato al transformador asegurarse de
que los polos + y – correspondan para que el sentido rotatorio de la broca sea justo.
El GRAVOstick usa brocas con vástago de 2,35 mm que se empuja hacia adentro del mandril. Al comienzo podría ser dificil sacar
la broca con los dedos, con unas pinzas se soluciona el problema. Con el tiempo será más fácil introducir y extraer las brocas.
Gracias a su motor especial muy resistente el aparato puede funcionar largo tiempo sin interrupción. Sin embargo, si se poniese
caliente a causa de un uso alargado, se aconseja de hacer un breve alto y apagar el aparato.
De vez en cuando se tiene que meter una gota de aceite para máquina de coser en el portabroca a fin de que las partes que giran
sigan ester lubricadas. Un eventual chirrido es un indicio de falta de lubricante.

Gebruiksaanwijzing GRAVOstick
De GRAVOstick werkt met circa 12 volt gelijkstroom en dient aan een transformator aangesloten te worden. Bij aansluiten aan de
stroombron er altijd op lette, dat de stekker juist aangesloten zal worden ( + aan de + pool en – aan de – pool) opdat een juist
stroomverloop gegarandeerd is.
In de GRAVOstick doet u het gewenste onderdeel – schaft 2,35 mm-, die door eenvoudig insteken in de opening gefixeerd zal
worden. Mocht in het begin het verwisselen van onderdelen door vast zitten niet mogelijk zijn, neemt u een combinatietang of een
platte tang als hulp en trekt het onderdeel er uit. Na meerdere wisselingen zal dit ook met de hand te doen zijn.
De robuuste speciaal-collector-motor maakt een lang gebruik zonder pauze mogelijk. Mocht de motor echter bij sterke overbelasting
heet worden moet u een korte pauze inlassen. Is het apparaat enige tijd in gebruik doe dan een druppeltje naaimachine olie in de
opening aan de punt van het apparaat. Daarmede is voor langere tijd voor de smering van draaiende onderdelen gezorgd.
