Before first use, please read the operating instructions and familiarize yourself with the device.
Observe the safety instructions for the proper and safe use.
Intended Use
The FIAP profiair MINI / MAXI, hereafter called device has been manufactured exclusively for use in
aquaculture and at an operating voltage of 220 - to use 240 volts.
The device is suitable for use in compliance with the national installation regulations.
Improper use
Improper use can lead to dangers of people handling this device. By improper use, our liability as well
as the general operating license expires.
CE Declaration
In accordance with the EC Directive EMC Directive (2004/108/EC) and the Low Voltage Directive
(2006/95/EC), conform. The following harmonized standards were applied:

Safety Instructions
For safety reasons children under 16 or people who can not recognize the potential hazards of this
appliance or are not familiar with these instructions , are not allowed to use this product!
Please keep these operating instructions in a safe place! When changing owners pass on the
instructions. All work with this appliance may only be carried out in accordance with these instructions.
By improper use or no correct installation the combination of water and electricity can lead to serious
danger to life and limb. Operate the unit only if no persons are in the water! Before reaching into the
water, always disconnect the power supply to all devices in the water. Compare the electrical data of
the power supply to the label on the packaging or on the device. Make sure that the unit is secured by
a residual current device with a rated residual current of maximum 30 mA safe. Operate the unit only
on a correctly fitted socket. Keep the power plug and all connection points dry! Lay the connection
cable protected so that damage is excluded. Only use cables, installations, adapters, extension or
connection cables with earthed that are approved for outdoor use. Do not carry or pull the unit by the
cable! With a defective cable or enclosure, the unit must not be operated! If the power cord of the
appliance is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its service agent in order to avoid a
hazard. When the cable is damaged, the appliance should be discarded. Electrical installations must
comply with international and national installation requirements. Never open the housing of the device
or its associated parts, unless specifically noted in the instructions. Do not make any technical changes
on the device. Use only original spare parts and accessories. Only be carried out by authorized service
centers repairs. It must be ensured that all conductive parts (screws, terminals, etc.) are isolated and
can not be touched directly! For questions or problems, please contact for your own safety to a
qualified electrician.
Description
Floating aerators for water circulation and oxygen enrichment for ponds . A strainer prevents clogging .
The lightweight and rugged design allow individual applications for demand oxygen enrichment .

Operation
The FIAP profiair MINI / MAXI pumps the water up and sprays it like a fountain on the water surface.
The different sized droplets fall back into the water and enrich it with oxygen, it also lowers the water
temperature. When water is sprayed from the bottom or middle of the pond to the surface of the pond
can degas naturally.
SAFETY:
Please read completely before using the instructions carefully . It contains important
information for correct operation.
Electrical connection
The electrical connection must be carried out according to the VDE and EVU by an authorized
specialist. All performance data can be found on the nameplate. All works on the unit are carried out in
de-energized condition!
Installation and commissioning
Connect the floating pump with the spray nozzle using the enclosed tube pieces. Also see the
instruction video on our YouTube channel http://www.youtube.com/user/FIAPGmbH. Put the aerator
into the water and secure this by means of ropes or weight at the bottom to prevent a drifting. Set the
power supply here and the aerator begins to circulate the water and to oxygenate. Protect against dry
running, aerators operate only in the water!
Cleaning and Maintenance
Caution! Before cleaning or maintenance, always remove the power plug!
The machine and its components are not with solvents, flammable or toxic cleaning liquids.
Beforehand to make sure that the plug has been pulled out of the socket.
Disposal
The device must be disposed of according to national regulations.
Ask your dealer.
