Maintenance regulations for the Geberit adapter jaws
ZB 203A
For safety reasons, it is absolutely essential to observe the
following maintenance intervals and perform the maintenance work
described. The same also applies to the mandatory maintenance
regulations for the pressing tools. This Geberit adapter jaw ZB 203A
does not need to be tested by authorised repair shops if it is used
as intended. However, the Geberit adapter jaw ZB 203A must still
be maintained. Geberit adapter jaws ZB 203A that are not
maintained, or are not professionally maintained, can cause
accidents and injuries.
It is essential to observe the maintenance intervals and
maintenance work outlined below:

Check the Geberit adapter jaw ZB
203A for externally visible defects such
as damage, incipient cracks, patches
of rust and other signs of wear.
Replace the adapter jaw if defects are
present.
– Remove deposits around the claws
– Spray the entire adapter jaw with
BRUNOX® Turbo-Spray® and clean
with a cloth.
– Examine whether the jaw levers can
move easily. If necessary, move the
jaw levers several times until they
are able to move easily.
