When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should be followed:
Read all instructions carefully.
Make sure the power supply corresponds to one on the rating label.
To avoid electrical shock, do not immerse electrical parts in water or other liquid.
Do not allow children to operate or play with the appliance.
Unplug from outlet when not in use, or before putting on/taking off parts.

Never pull the appliance by the power cord.
Do not use the appliance for other than intended household use.

READ THESE INSTRUCITONS:
The fry pan should not be placed directly on a surface that
could be damaged by heat. A heat-insulating base may be
needed.
The fry pan should be kept well clear of materials such as
curtains and other flammable materials.
Note: the temperature used is a guide only and may require
adjustment to suit various foods and individual tastes. When
the dial is set to a low setting, it is quite normal for food to stop
and start bubbling, as the thermostat maintains the selected
temperature.
USING YOUR FRYING PAN
Before first use, wash, rinse and dry your fry pan and lid thoroughly. Apply a thin coat of cooking oil and rub in
with paper towel.
Insert the Control Probe into the inlet on the fry pan. Plug the cord into a 230V power outlet and turn the power
on. Set the Control Probe Dial to the desired temperature guide.
Note: The fry pan must only be used with the Control Probe provided.
To ensure you get the best result from your non-stick cooking surface, avoid using high settings (8-10), as any
food which may burn on the non-stick surface may cause to discolor.
The fry pan is ideal for shallow or dry frying, suitable for eggs, omelet's, bacon, sausages, steaks and chicken
pieces. Pre-heat to setting 5-6 with a little oil to add flavor. Non-stick cooking surface do not require a large
amount of oil.
Shallow frying is suitable for vegetable pieces e.g. roast pumpkin and potato, and crumbed food. Pre-heat on
setting 6-8with sufficient oil so that the food is half immersed. Cook food with the lid off.
Roasting, pre-heat the fry pan on setting 7-8.Use only a small amount of oil for less fatty joints of meat. Brown
and seal the meat on all sides and place the lid. After browning, turn the dial to setting 4-5 to cook the meat as
desired. Turn the meat during cooking, set a side and cover with foil while you prepare the gravy from the juices
in the fry pan.
Do not use metal utensils. These will scratch and damage the Non-stick cooking surface. Use only plastic or
wooden utensils to stir or serve food.
