4. The juice will flow into the juice cup and the pulp will accumulate in the pulp container.
If the pulp container is full, empty it before continue juicing. Turn off and unplug the appliance from
the mains socket. Unlock the cover and then remove the pulp container. Empty the pulp container.
Replace the pulp container by sliding it into position. Lock the cover and then plug the appliance into
the mains socket. Turn the control knob to the desired speed.
5. When the juicing is finished, turn the control knob to the 0 position to turn off the appliance.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Warning: Always turn off and unplug the appliance before cleaning.
Disassembling the juice extractor
1. Remove the food pusher from the feed tube.
2. Pull the locking handles outwards from the bottom to unlock the cover.
3. Remove the cover.
4. Carefully remove the sieve by pulling up its rim. Be careful not to touch the
blades in the bottom of the sieve.
5. Remove the sieve holder.
6. Remove the pulp and juice container.
Cleaning
Clean the base with a damp cloth. Never immerse the base in water or any other liquid.
Wash all removable parts in warm soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
Clean the sieve with a small nylon brush (not supplied).
WARNING: Please take care to clean the sieve. The blades at the bottom are very SHARP.
Surfaces in contact with food should be cleaned regularly to avoid cross contamination from different types
of food, the use of warm clean water with a mild detergent is advisable when dealing with surfaces that
come into contact with food.
Correct food hygiene practises should always be followed at all times to avoid possibility of food poisoning
/cross contamination.
Dry the entire appliance with a dry cloth before replacing.
Do not use chemical cleaners or abrasives product for cleaning.
