To Install
NOTE: Turn off power to
outlet before installation.

Separate the 2 pieces of the
Outlet Cover by pushing in
on the tabs on either side of
the product with one hand,
and lifting the Outlet Cover up
and away with the other hand.
(See figure 1)

Remove center screw from
face plate. DO NOT remove
face plate.

While holding face plate
against wall, position base of
Outlet Cover over the face
plate so that both screw
holes line up, and the T-bar is
located at the bottom.

Insert the new longer
screw (supplied) through
Outlet Cover base and face
plate and tighten. DO NOT
overtighten. (See figure 2)
To Use

Align electrical cords under the T-bar at the bottom of the Outlet
Cover. (See figure 2)

Position the slot in the top of the Cover over the tab at the top
of the base. Pivot the cover down over the tabs on the base. Be
certain that the electrical cords fit through the holes in the cover,
and snap the cover into place. (See figure 3)

Be certain you hear the "click" of both finger tabs as they snap into
position. Gently pull on cover to ensure it is secure.
To Open
Press release tabs with two fingers of one hand and with other hand
pivot the Cover up and away. (See figure 4)
NOTE: The release buttons on each side of the cover are initially difficult
to depress. This was intentionally designed to provide extra strength and
deter "little fingers" from prying it open.
To Clean
Wipe clean. Keep dry.

Alinee los cables eléctricos bajo la barra en forma de T en la parte
inferior de la Tapa del enchufe. (Ver figura 2)

Alinee la ranura de la parte superior de la tapa con la orejeta situada
en la parte superior de la base. Pivotee la tapa hacia abajo de
manera que ésta quede sobre la base. Asegúrese de que los cables
caben por los orificios de la tapa y presione la tapa para ponerla en
posición. (Ver figura 3)

Asegúrese de oir el "clic" de ambas orejetas cuando cierre la tapa.
Tire despacio de la tapa para verificar que esté bien cerrada.
Para abrir
Presione las orejetas con dos dedos de una mano y pivotee la tapa hacia
arriba con la otra mano. (Ver figura 4)
NOTA: Es difícil presionar las orejetas de la tapa pues el producto fue
diseñado para que "deditos traviesos" no puedan jugar con él.
Para limpiar
Limpie con un paño. Mantenga seca.

NOTA: Antes de proceder a la
instalación, desconecte la corriente
del enchufe.

Separe las 2 partes de la Tapa
del enchufe presionando con una
mano las orejetas a ambos lados
del producto y levantando la tapa
de éste con la otra. (Ver figura 1)

Retire el tornillo del medio de la
placa frontal. NO RETIRE la placa
frontal.

Mientras usted sostiene la placa
frontal contra la pared, alinee la
base de la Tapa del enchufe con
la placa frontal de manera que
los orificios de ambos tornillos
coincidan y que la barra en forma
de T se encuentre en la parte
inferior.

Introduzca el tornillo largo (incluido
con el producto) a través de la
Tapa del enchufe y de la placa
frontal y ajústelo. NO AJUSTE
DEMASIADO. (Ver figura 2)
