1. General instructions for safe operation.
WARNING! Before using this electric tool, read the general safety rules listed below carefully. Failure
to do so could result in injury or equipment damage.
1.1. The machine should only be operated by specially trained persons with a thorough knowledge of
the safety rules and regulations.
1.2. When the machine is idling, make sure it is out of the reach of children.
1.3. The machine should be protected from frost and low temperatures.
1.4. If the machine is unable to hoist a load, do not continue pressing the hoisting button: this means
that the load exceeds the machine's maximum capacity.
1.5. Do not overload!
1.6. Do not use 2 or more electric hoists to lift one item.
1.7. Do not lift heavy items aslant; do not use the electric hoist to drag items along the ground.
1.8. Do not lift stationary items.
1.9. Do not attempt to dismantle the machine while it is running or while it is connected to the power
supply.
1.10. The machine should not be operated during rain or storm.
1.11. For indoor use only! DO NOT USE OUTDOORS.
1.12. Never hoist persons.
1.13. Do not stand under hoisted loads.
2. Safety instructions when using electricity
2.1. Only connect the power lug when the tool is OFF. Disconnect the power plug after use. Always
disconnect the power plug before performing any work on the tool.
2.2. Before start-up make sure that the correct voltage is used. The voltge specified on the nameplate
must conform to the supply voltage. Tools rated for 230V can also be operated on 220V power sup-
ply.
2.3. The power cord and plug must be in perfect condition.
2.4. Wall outlets must meet safety standards. In Case of any doubt, Wall outlets should be checked by
a qualified electrician to ensure they are suitable.
2.5. The plug must be securely grounded and your electrical system must be supplied with a magnetic
cut-out safety switch.
2.6. Do not pull on the electric cable to disconnect the plug.
3. Instalation
The hoist "standard version" is fitted with a specially-designed bracket system that enables it to be
bolted to a round, square or rectangular shaped support.
