How to charge wirelessly with Otto Q.
• Plug the supplied USB-C to USB-C cable into Otto Q, then connect to Qubit
USB-C Charger.
Note: A USB-PD or QuickCharge™ 9 V charger is required to enable the
fast-charging protocols of Apple (7.5 W) and Samsung (9 W). We recommend
using the included Qubit charger with Otto Q for best performance.

Foreign Object Detection troubleshooting
1. Remove any metal objects like coins or
keys between your device and Otto Q.
2. Unplug the USB-C cable for Otto Q then
plug it in again.
3. If the problem persists, please contact
support@moshi.com.
