Device Activation
3. The device at the moment of purchase is in OFF status. The device is activated by pressing the button P
on the top of the box and holding it down until the LED stops flashing (1 flash per second). If the procedure
is interrupted before the minimum pressing time, the LED will emit fast flashes and the device will go back
to the OFF status. If the procedure is completed correctly, the device will switch to the ON state, send an
activation message and go to sleep.
Once activated, the device will send a message every hour with the hourly consumption information of the
two sensors and every 24 hours a message of the total consumption since activation. Always in the activa-
ted state, it is possible, by pressing the P button, to request the sending of a message containing the total
consumption since activation.
4. For meters with pulse frequency higher than 10,000 Imp/Kwh contact the maker for adaptation.
Checking the correct Installation
5. With the meter in operation, press the button on the optical active energy sensor and check that the LED
on the button flashes in correspondence with energy consumption.
6. With the meter in operation, press the button on the reactive energy optical sensor and check that the
LED on the button flashes when energy is being consumed.
