Chemicals, environmental, acid, alkali and gas cylinder cabinets
1. Intended application
All these cabinets are unsuitable for flammable liquids
Cabinets for chemicals for storage of chemicals
Environmental cabinets for storage of pollutant liquids
Safety box - storing flammable liquids, aerosol cans etc.
Cabinets for acids and alkalis - storage of aggressive liquids
Gas cylinder cabinets - outdoor installation of gas cylinders
2. General safety notes
Follow national/international laws and regulations for storage of hazardous materials and erection

Only use cabinet after obtaining proper instructions

Any hazardous materials that escape must immediately be collected and removed.

Follow limits (storage quantity, load etc.)

Constructional changes to the product are not permitted

3. Erection / conditions for erection / functional checks
All cabinet models
Align cabinet squarely at its final location. Doors have to close and lock perfectly.
Cabinets for acids and alkalis:
-
Attach anti-tilt bracket on the wall behind the cabinet. Place cabinet below the bracket

If it is not possible to fasten to the wall, the cabinet must be fastened to the building using dowels
through its floor.

High cabinet with 4 adjusters (cabinet base). Adjust a max. of 3 vertically to a max. of 10 mm
Gas cylinder cabinets:

Fix tightly to floor (2 holes, ø15 mm, base part) or wall (2 holes ø15 mm, upper rear panel)

4 adjusters(cabinet base). Adjust a max. of 3 vertically to a max. of 18 mm
4. Ventilation
Connection to a technical extraction air system is possible
