Troubleshooting
Presenter doesn't work at all
• Make sure the receiver is connected to a working USB port.
• Make sure your computer is working properly.
• Change the wireless receiver to a different USB port.
• Verify the presenter is ON and the batteries are correctly placed inside.
Presenter not working properly
• Erratic movement can be observed when batteries are about to die. It is
recommended to reduce the distance between the presenter and wireless receiver.
Replace the batteries if problem persist.

• Avoid spilling liquids on your computer and equipment, this may cause malfunction
or damage.
• Handle with care. Avoid shocks.
• Keep your presenter away from dust and dirt.
