3. The watch suddenly fails to charge?
1) Use a brush to gently clean the charging contact on
the watch's back.
2) Make sure the charger or computer interface are
available and try to reconnect the included charging
cable. If the screen displays in charging state, it means
that the watch can be charged successfully. If screen
won't light up, please feel free to contact our
after-sales customer service to purchase charging
cable.
