5. You may want to set restrictions on these iPads. This is accomplished
through the "Settings" app on the device (not iTunes). Open the
Settings App and choose "General" and "Restrictions". Here, you can
set a passcode and disable functions such as installing apps, accessing
the iTunes Store, etc.
