Preparation of cappuccino
1. Turn on the main switch
2. Press the steam switch
With the mobile filter holder
system, the pilot will light up

vating the steam control
3. Wait for the orange pilot light
to switch off (approx. 1.5

minutes). This means the cof-
fee machine has reached the
ideal temperature.
4. Turn the hot water/steam knob
to open and allow the first

drops of water to come out. In
a few moments, only steam
will come out.
5. Put the tube
into the milk to

heat it so that the milk covers
exactly half the absorption hole
(never totally cover it). Do this
for the whole process. (see
picture 7).

no, use cold, fresh, whole milk.
If you want over three continu-
ous ser vings of cappuccino or
steam, or to make coffee imme-
diately after, see section 2B prim-

Preparation of steam
1. The same procedure should
be followed as for preparing a
cappuccino but with the ab-
sorption hole totally immersed.
2. After having used the steam

for the required time, turn the
hot water/steam knob
closed.
3. Set the steam switch
to its initial position. The or-
ange pilot light will switch off.
