Check the electrical resistance between the vacuum chamber and the scanning-head connection. Nominal value: < 1 Ohm.
Elektrischen Widerstand zwischen Vakuumkammer und Abtastkopfbefestigung prüfen. Sollwert: < 1 Ohm.
Vérifier la résistance électrique entre la chambre à vide et la fixation de la tête captrice. Valeur nominale < 1 ohm.
Verificare resistenza tra camera sottovuoto e fissaggio della testina. Valore nominale: < 1 Ohm.
