SELECTING THE DRILLING MODE
01 For drilling in masonry, set the
drilling mode selector to the
hammer icon position.

For drilling in other materials and
for screwdriving, set the drilling mode
selector to the drill icon position.
Your tool has been designed to operate over a long period of time with a minimum of
maintenance. Continuous satisfactory operation depends upon proper tool care and
regular cleaning.
• Regularly clean the ventilation slots in your tool using a soft brush or dry cloth.
• Regularly clean the motor housing using a damp cloth. Do not use any abrasive
or solvent-based cleaner.

MAINTENANCE
WARNING! Before performing any maintenance,
switch off and unplug the tool.
SWITCHING ON AND OFF
To switch the tool on, push

the trigger.
04 For continuous operation, push the
lock-on button and release the trigger.
05 To switch the tool off when in
continuous operation, push the trigger
once more and release it.
