BOTTOM SHELF ASSEMBLY
NOTE: Bottom shelf is a two-piece design. One
end has a channel to rest shelf on top of the
leg brace on the outside legs. The other end
is flat and will bolt to the center leg's brace.
1.
Place the end of each shelf piece with the channel
across the leg brace of the outside legs. Have two
people hold up the end of the shelves that face
the center leg (1) and align the holes on the side of
the shelf pieces to the holes in the center leg brace.
Fasten shelf pieces to center leg brace with three
M8 x 65 hex bolts and three M8 nuts using a
13 mm wrench. (See Figures 4-5)

TOP ASSEMBLY
NOTE: If you have a 96 x 48" Maple Tabletop,
see Maple Tabletop Field Joint Assembly on
page 4 before continuing to step 1.
1. To attach tabletop onto frame assembly, place
tabletop on a smooth, non-marring surface with top
side facing down.
2. Rotate assembled frame upside down and align
two pre-drilled holes on back corners of tabletop.
Using 28 wood screws and a drill with a Phillips head
drill bit, attach frame to underside of tabletop. The
four screws on the left and right rear corners will use
pre-drilled holes, while the remaining may need
tapping. (See Figure 7)
NOTE: There are additional holes in the
tabletop. These are used for a different product
and do not align with this frame.
NOTE: Wood screws for front and back of frame
are optional and provide more support.
NOTE: If holes in frame assembly and
pre-drilled holes in tabletop do not line
up, loosen frame support bars and line up
holes. Insert screws into pre-drilled holes only.
Re-tighten frame support bars. Insert remaining
wood screws to complete attachment of frame
to tabletop.
