Your device doesn't fit in the adjustable cradle .
Solution
• Press the release button to extend the cradle arms, and then try placing your device in the
cradle in different orientations.
Your Window Mount doesn't stick to the window .
Solution
• Use a damp cloth to clean the inside of the Window Mount's suction cup and the area of the
window the suction cup will be attached to.
• Dampening the inside of the suction cup may help it create a better seal with the window.
