INSTALLATION
1. Use hook or bracket (with included hardware) to mount luminaire.
2. Plug the fixture in and turn the integrated switch to the "ON" position.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
You may want to periodically clean the fixture using a mild, non-abrasive cleaner and soft cloth. Do NOT use solvents
or cleaners containing abrasive agents. When cleaning the fixture, make sure you have the fixture unplugged and do
not spray liquid cleaner directly onto diffuser or plug.
LIMITED WARRANTY:
LEDVANCE LLC ("LEDVANCE") warrants this Product to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 5 years from
purchase date, when used as directed, failure to comply with Product warnings shall void the warranty. This warranty does
not cover accidents, abuse, acts of God, use in violation of law or electrical standards. LEDVANCE may examine the
Product to determine if Product is defective. If Product is defective, LEDVANCE will replace it with the same or similar
Product at no charge. LABOR IS NOT INCLUDED. Product should be returned with proof of purchase date to the location
