DESCRIPTION
• This staircase timer is installed in an electrical distribution box and is used to turn off a
particular circuit with a countdown period from 1 minute to 7 minutes. It can also function as
a normal on / off switch.
• Countdown timer allows connection to multiple pushbuttons (both with or without neon
light) in different locations for greater convenience.

INSTALLATION AND CONNECTION
• Designed for easy installation in electrical panels, simply connect the minute hand to the
DIN rail and press until you hear a "click". To remove it, pull down on the latch at the bottom
of the timer to release it.
• The installation procedure for the minute hand is as follows:
- Connect the cables as indicated in Diagram 1 for 3-wire connection and according to
Diagram 2 for 4-wire connection.
- Adjustment of the lateral selector for 3 or 4-wire connection.
- For countdown functions, turn the time switch to the desired countdown period (from 1
minute to 7 minutes).
- Next, place the switch in position
countdown function.
- Press the neon button to activate the countdown function. It will turn off automatically
according to the preset time.
- The total current for neon should not exceed 50 mA. If a neon carries a current of 1
mA, then you should not connect more than 50 neon buttons to the minute hand.
